NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING . . . .Updated 1st April 2008

The Annual General Meetng of The Village Hall Management Committee will be held in the Village Hall on Wednesday the 30th April at 8:00 p.m.. The VHMC are also seeking trustees to support their efforts to ensure Farringdon retains a Village Hall in the Years to come.

VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE - NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

To be held in

THE VILLAGE HALL, FARRINGDON on WEDNESDAY 30TH APRIL 2008 at 8PM

1. Welcome - Chair (Sally Oakley)
2. Approval of the Minutes of the last two Annual General Meetings
3. Approval of the Minutes of the General Meeting held on 17th October 2007
4. Report on the business conducted by the Management Committee during the past year.
5. Treasurer's Report (Mrs Sam Fletcher)
6. Election of Committee Members and Officers
7. Any other business
