Farringdon Improvement Group are looking for talent, and just in case there should be any confusion, FIG are looking for people to liven up social life in Farringdon. I'm not sure that makes it entirely clear just what Fig are looking for, perhaps I had better just direct you to the copy of their notice below.

Vaughans, Bothams or Charlotte Edwards,

Gielguds, Denches, or Oliviers

in the Village?

If we have Players, Supporters, Managers and Secretaries

Football, Cricket and Plays

could become part of Village Life once more.

There is a stage for the thespians, but footballers and cricketers would have to be Wanderers, always playing away.
